Do you use Celigo or build a custom NetSuite connector?
Both, depending on the requirement. Celigo offers the deepest prebuilt Shopify–NetSuite content and is often the fastest, lowest-risk foundation; we extend it with custom flows where your processes are unique, and build fully custom where that is the better fit.
How do you keep inventory and orders accurate between Shopify and NetSuite?
We use event-driven, reconciled flows rather than blind one-way pushes, with error handling, retries, and monitoring. The integration is designed so discrepancies surface and resolve instead of accumulating silently.
Should we use the NetSuite Connector or Celigo?
Both are valid and we implement either. Oracle’s NetSuite Connector is the official app and syncs products, pricing, inventory, orders, and fulfillment across Shopify, Shopify Plus, and POS for B2C and B2B; Celigo offers deeper, more configurable iPaaS content for complex flows. We recommend based on your processes, subsidiaries, and how much customization you need.
